Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
When you request an appointment through this website, you choose to give us:
- your name, email address and phone number,
- the service you are interested in and your preferred date and time,
- anything you choose to write in the message field.
Please do not send detailed medical history, diagnoses or images through the website form. Bring those to your appointment or discuss them with us directly, where they can be recorded properly and confidentially.
Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which is used to keep the service running and secure.
2. How we use your information
- To contact you about the appointment you requested and to confirm, reschedule or cancel it.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To manage clinic scheduling and avoid double-booking a time slot.
- To keep the website secure and working correctly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the website. They process data on our instructions only:
- Supabase — stores appointment requests and website content on our behalf.
- Google Maps — the map showing our location is embedded from Google, which may receive your IP address when the map loads.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers.
These providers may store data on servers outside Egypt. We otherwise disclose your information only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the rights and safety of our patients and staff.
5. How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your visit, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep clinic records. Requests that never became an appointment are removed once they are no longer useful. You may ask us to delete yours sooner.
6. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection, appointment data is protected by database access rules, and the administration area requires a password. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) applies to how we handle your data.
8. Children
We treat children as patients, but appointment requests for a child should be submitted by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information provided.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
